I actually agreed with you, just skip from gcc7 to gcc13.

ohhh :) it took me 4 days to get libgcc7 and gcc7 on Tiger from scratch
... wanted to report that separately... older systems are slow :)

well... if you have gcc10 fixed, can we do gcc7-gcc10+gcc13 ?
I suppose that if we need an in-between compiler it can be added later?
What about adding more stubs?
