Request review of PR 26725 (p5-dbd-mysql)

Hi,

I was tagged with fixing some p5-dbd-mysql issues in trac.  Those fixes are
incorporated into PR 26725
<https://github.com/macports/macports-ports/pull/26725> which has been
ready to go and sitting in the queue for three weeks since resolving the
last requested action.

I humbly request that someone please review it and provide feedback and/or
commit the corrections.
