GEDA back up

Also, I'm going to look at lepton-eda and pcb-rnd and the newer stuff I
found and recommend that people use those instead, once I get them working.
Since the commit logs are pretty grim. I think I might mirror everything
from geda-project since it's clearly not the most reliable.
