 No sure if +mysql is a good name for the variant but +dlz-mysql doesn't
 work because of the hyphen.

 The "RANLIB=ranlib -c" doesn't work but I left it there so you could see
 what I was trying to set. Setting this env var correctly should do away
 with the ranlib compile error/warning. Builds with error/warning so it's
 not eveidently a big deal.
