 The original Portfile and scripts were incomplete and need to be updated
 to allow the ecj.jar (now eclipse-ecj.jar) file to be excuted as a jar
 file.

 The Portfile and files/build.xml need to be updated and a new file ecj
 needs to be added to the files directory.
