 Greetings, The freeradius project folks renamed it, as you'll see upon
 visiting their ftp site (this is not so evident on the project website).
 Since it looked like the name of the port needed to be the file name
 prefix up to the version.subversion.patchlevel, I opted for that name. I
 also assumed since this is a new major version, a new port may be more
 appropriate. But this is my first work on a port, so lead the way if I'm
 off track. Cheers!
