 I don't have an answer for why you are seeing that.  Do you have manually
 installed stuff in /usr/local/?  If so, might try renaming that dir and
 trying again.  But that's a wild guess because I don't know.

 rrdtool is about to be updated to 1.3, and it doesn't use cgilib anymore,
 and so cgilib will be deleted (the only port that needs it).  I assume you
 want to install rrdtool, correct?  If you want to try rrdtool-1.3-rc1
 contact me offline.
