 The instructions were originally here:
 http://wiki.opendarwin.org/index.php/DarwinPorts:MAMP (the server no
 longer exists). The instructions were written when OS X still came with
 Apache 1.3.33, and were written for MySQL 4. I modified them for the
 latest version of MySQL 5.
