 There are no major changes to the default config and build options.  There
 are more variants and the default variants are set, including --with-doc
 (this might conflict with postgresql83-doc, but that Portfile seems to
 disable some config options that are set for postgresql83, for some reason
 unknown to me).

 The long_description includes more information about the default variants
 and the installation config.  The post-install includes information about
 the -server port (as before), plus info for the +doc variant.

 In general, the file now starts with the vim/emacs format line and this
 port was :retab(ed) in macvim.
