 With all the whitespace changes it's tough to see what modification you
 are making; it'd be best to make functional changes separate from
 whitespace ones.  However, note that postgresql83-doc is the one you want
 for documentation, as it is an add-on to the base postgresql83 port
 (though whether a variant or a separate port is better is debatable, since
 I doubt much is going to need to depend on a doc port).
