 FYI, yelp installs fine for me. What version of Xcode are you running?
 It's probably not related to this problem, but you should have version
 3.1.2.

 Are you up to date on all your ports? Please run the following:

 sudo port selfupdate
 sudo port upgrade outdated
 sudo port clean yelp
 sudo port install yelp
 }}}

 Also, what is the output of the following:

 port installed gtk2
 }}}
