 On your latest portfile:  Failed to parse file multimedia/gavl/Portfile:
 invalid command name "requires_build"

 The options available are:
 depends_lib depends_build and depends_run

 I presume the second is what you want to use, like so:
 {{{
 depends_build port:doxygen \ port:pkgconfig
 }}}
