 You used to be able to work around this in 1.4:

 Now, however, ANYTIME you do a SVN command from the GUI, it stores the PW
 in the keychain, which breaks --non-interactive.

 This breaks other tools which require on noninteractive svn commands, such
 as cruisecontrol.rb.
