 This line:
 {{{
 Skipping org.macports.activate (python_select +darwin_9) since this port
 is already active
 }}}

 indicates that the python bindings weren't rebuilt after python_select was
 run.

 After you've selected the macports python, do this:

 {{{
 sudo port -f uninstall subversion-python25bindings
 sudo port --clean all subversion-python25bindings
 sudo port install subversion-python25bindings
 }}

 ... and let us know if it works for you then.
