 -f to force a rebuild and -n to limit it to this port only.

 I recently upgraded my base to the new trunk and I was experimenting with
 the new behavior regarding variants.  I was curious to see what a rebuild
 would do, and I happened to choose this one.  So I have also installed
 this version of gnutls in the past just fine.
