 Looks like there's a DNS failure or something going on with the apr
 download...

 I am getting a checksum failure but the file itself is an OpenDNS "404"
 page. Must be trying to hit a bogus URL.

 When I downloaded the real bz2 file on top of the broken one it built
 fine.
