Comment:

 Removed ftp.pop-mg.com.br and apache.digimirror.nl in r60367.  After a
 selfupdate (at least 30 minutes after this comment), try again and it
 should work out (all the rest of the Apache mirrors resolve in DNS fine
 for me).
