 Thanks. I committed it in r60396 with the following small changes:

  * Since the two distfiles are not both available from both master_sites,
 I used tags to ensure MacPorts only tries to download each distfile from
 the server it's actually on.
  * I set the dist_subdir to ${name}/${version}; since neither distfile
 includes a version number in its name, this will prevent checksum errors
 when the port is updated to the next version later.
  * I added livecheck information.
