 Please close this ticket. After a number of other ports being installed, I
 first uninstalled xephem, then reinstalling it. Now works fine.
 App / Ports installed between failure an success were Python2.6 and
 Python2.6 docs - I am not sure if any of the dependencies for those made a
 difference,, but I now have a working port of xephem.
