#22046: ncursesw not uninstalling / deactivating cleanly

 When you deactivate / uninstall ncursesw, it seems to leave behind all the
 files in {$prefix}/share/terminfo/*.  Obviously, this isn't a good thing.

 Here's the output from an example showing the problem:

 No ports are installed.
 sputnik: ~ % sudo port install ncursesw
