 Three separate patches:

 patch-1.5.20.cd.purge_message.diff
 patch-1.5.20.cd.trash_folder.diff
 patch-1.5.20.macports.mutt-devel_portfile.diff

 I haven't tried these with +compress (because that variant seems not to
 link at present with the other options I use, and I don't use it often).
 These patches were made by applying the upstream patches (made for 1.5.5)
 by hand and applying them by hand, so there's not even fuzz.  PATCHES file
 in the source tree removed from both, since nothing uses it at all, and
 it's just there to create failed hunks.  ;)
