 I agree.  I originally created the libemf port to provide a means to
 convert vector graphics to emf via pstoedit.  However, I found the
 resulting emf files did not import well into Microsoft products, which was
 the whole purpose for me.  Unless someone else has found otherwise, we
 should remove libemf and force it to not be used in pstoedit, dia, etc.
