 The latest version of Time::Progress on CPAN is 1.7, released 2010-09-10.

 Attached are two patches, the first of which just does some portfile
 cleanup. The second patch bumps the version up to 1.7 and adds license
 info. I'm also volunteering to be the port maintainer.
