Comment:

 In fact, I thought I had seen this more recently, and I had: in #21001. In
 that ticket, ccache was turned off for apache2 (6 days ago). Maybe we also
 need to turn off ccache for apr and apr-util. Daniel, Rainer, what do you
 think?
