 In that ticket, ccache was turned off for apache2 (6 days ago). Maybe we
 also need to turn off ccache for apr and apr-util. Daniel, Rainer, what do

 Yeah, there's probably a way to make the apr generated libtool less
 stupid, but disabling ccache is significantly easier (although I'm happy
 to accept someone's patch that fixes this while still letting people use
 ccache).

 Committed apr/apr-util change in r63478.
