 It's OS X 10.6.2, XCode 3.2.1. Outputs are:

 (head-mac anand ~) port provides /opt/local/include/GL/gl.h
 /opt/local/include/GL/gl.h does not exist.
 (head-mac anand ~) port installed mesa
 None of the specified ports are installed.
 (head-mac anand ~)
