Comment:

 I apologize for being late but I've been kept back by the atlas bug that
 prevented me from testing the Portfile, I hoped it could be solved in last
 weeks.
 Now I've tested the Portfile commenting out library dependencies thus
 using 'octave @3.2.3_0+gcc43' and 'qt4-mac @4.5.3_0' that I've installed
 at the moment.

 Commited in r63215 .
