 After recently upgrading texlive, and pgf (2.0), the LaTeX distro no
 longer recognizes the pgf and tikz files in the path.  When compiling a
 pgf document with {{{\usepackage{pgf} }}} the following error is given
 {{{
 (/opt/local/share/texmf-texlive-dist/tex/latex/base/article.cls
 Document Class: article 2007/10/19 v1.4h Standard LaTeX document class
 (/opt/local/share/texmf-texlive-dist/tex/latex/base/size10.clo))

 ! LaTeX Error: File `pgf.sty' not found.

 Type X to quit or <RETURN> to proceed,
 or enter new name. (Default extension: sty)

 Enter file name:

 The fix usually involves rehashing the tex directories (e.g.
 {{{texhash}}}) but this does not seem to work.  Normally I would consider
 this an upstream problem, but earlier versions of the Portfiles did not
 result in errors.
