 This ticket is similar to #25561 which was fixed with r69466.  This might
 be an easy fix by changing the pgf Portfile (line 32 or nearby) from
 {{{
 set latex_local ${destroot}${prefix}/share/texmf-local
 }}}
 to
 {{{
 set latex_local ${destroot}${prefix}/share/texmf-texlive
 }}}
