 If anybody's having trouble applying this patch, the instructions for
 doing so are to download the patch (presumably to your Downloads folder)
 and then run:
 {{{
 cd $(port dir atlas)
 sudo patch Portfile < ~/Downloads/patch-Portfile-lapack-checksums.diff
 }}}
 Works for me.
