 Applying the patch file with 'patch' failed for me:

 patching file Portfile
 Hunk #1 FAILED at 41.
 1 out of 1 hunk FAILED -- saving rejects to file Portfile.rej
 }}}

 I had to apply it manually. After I had done that, I got the following
 error:

 {{{
 Error: Target org.macports.configure returned: error copying
 "/opt/local/var/macports/build/_opt_local_var_macports_sources_rsync.macports.org_release_ports_math_atlas/work/lapack-3.2.1":
 no such file or directory
 }}}

 I had to open the Portfile again and change line 12:

 {{{
 set lapackversion   3.2.1
 }}}
 to
 {{{
 set lapackversion   3.2.2
 }}}
 Try the newly attached patch (patch-Portfile-lapack-checksums-
 version.diff). This is my first ever patch, so pardon me if I made a
 mistake.
