 Still an issue with MySQL. I just called Pair Netlworks to let them know
 about the issue since it seems to be their server that is responding so
 slow, and less to do with MacPorts. Still, it woud be helpful if there was
 a way to specify a different mirror to use or to specify a download speed
 threshold before trying another server.
