Comment:

 The problem is fixed in r70065.

 Note: I've increased the revision to force those who have revision 1 to
 upgrade to a clean version. The only problem for those who have revision 1
 is that they may get the same error when deactivating it (e.g. in the
 upgrade to revision 2). This error can safely be ignored and the upgrade
 should succeed.
