Comment:

 Patched glib2 in r64476 and glib2-devel in r64477. Did not patch gtk2
 because although the change suggested in upstream !r112 looks reasonable,
 it causes the sort order to be totally wrong in my tests. So gtk file
 pickers collate case-sensitively for now until someone can suggest how to
 remedy this.
