I'm trying to install atlas for kdelibs4 and first got errors for the
checksum for lapack.tgz and then I downloaded a patch for it that was
supposed to fix it and the patch patched the portfile fine and then I
tried to install atlas again and it gave me a different error that says
'Error: Unable to open port: invalid command name "---"'
