 Attached is a patch to do a couple of things: (1) take advantage of the
 perl5 group's standard method for building modules that use Module::Build;
 (2) mark the module as "noarch" since it is pure Perl.

 If this looks okay and you need someone to commit it to the repository,
 please let me know.
