 When I run my macro in the port named root I get this error:
 Library not loaded: /opt/local/lib/libpng12.0.dylib
 This library is not loaded because it is not there.

 These are the libpng libraries:
 > ls /opt/local/lib/libpng*dylib
 /opt/local/lib/libpng.dylib
 /opt/local/lib/libpng14.14.dylib
 /opt/local/lib/libpng14.dylib

 What version of libpng you ask?
 > sudo port info libpng
 libpng @1.4.5 (graphics)
