 It seems like forcing the 10.5 SDK (as it was before) enables sound, too.
 I've overwritten the Port patch archive.  Only these lines are added back
 in:
 {{{
      --with-macosx-version-min=10.5 \
      --with-macosx-sdk=/Developer/SDKs/MacOSX10.5.sdk \
 }}}

 Sound should work for you now.  As for the qt4 problem, it may be a lost
 cause until the moc port gets updated.
