 Unfortunately I don't have the files anymore, but I believe it was  http
 ://superb-west.dl.sourceforge.net/expat.  It appears the incorrect
 response from that site has been fixed, as now it comes up with a
 different error message and port properly moves on to the next site until
 the expat source is correctly downloaded.  So, it appears everything is
 working again and this is not an issue.
