Comment:

 I removed the superb-east and superb-west sourceforge mirrors from our
 mirror_sites list once before, in r69770, because they never seemed to
 have any files, but these mirrors were added back in, in r70834, along
 with many others. I have removed the superb servers again in r76496, this
 time with a comment requesting they not be added back in. Thanks for
 reporting the issue.
