 In fact I am also getting an error now (using version 1.9.0, did not try
 1.8.0). In my case it seems to be a problem with a missing include path. I
 filed a ticket in the KDE bug tracker
 (https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=277898).

 Unfortunately, the attached log file does not help much as it shows only
 the failing command, but no output of the failing command.
