 SVN checkout fails for netpbm.

 I tried manual svn chekout
 https://netpbm.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/netpbm/stable, which is the
 address from portfile, and it did not work either. After changing the
 address from https:// to http:// the port started to work.

 The working portfile is attached.
