 minc is currently at version 1.5.1, but development of the 1.x series
 ended in 2006. Can we update the port to 2.0.18?

 Or we could leave minc at 1.5.1 and make a new minc2 port for 2.0.18. But
 I would only suggest this if there is some reason why someone would still
 prefer to use version 1 instead of version 2.
