 OK, given that those aren't the libraries that libproxy couldn't find
 (they're the ones libplist couldn't find in #29452), I'm assuming setting
 the sysroot to / worked. Added to the portgroup in r78651.

 Building universal on PowerPC Tiger still won't work without the explicit
 `-l` flags because you have to use the SDK in that case.
