Comment:

 I like this idea, especially the ability to specify an operator (e.g.
 ">=", "<", etc.). It doesn't let you specify a range... like "darwin 8
 through 10". But that may be uncommon enough that we don't need to worry
 about it.

 Has duplicate #29466.
