 The perl5 port only installs some symlinks and depends on a specific perl
 5.x, and net-snmp-config is a file installed by net-snmp. So the relevant
 commands would be:

 port -v installed net-snmp
 port -v installed perl5.12
 }}}
 If the -arch flags do come from perl then this is the same as #24779.
