Comment:

 After
 sudo port clean qt4-mac
 sudo port selfupdate
 sudo port install qt4-mac

 I'm still unable to install on 10.4.11, PPC G5.
 Error log is attached, but looks as though configure is failing due to a
 shell command failure.
