 I manually change the qt4-mac/Portfile which in my case is in the
 following directory:
 /opt/local/var/macports/sources/rsync.macports.org/release/ports/aqua/qt4-mac/

 I then apply the change manually:
 https://trac.macports.org/changeset/87163

 I then uninstall and reinstall again:

 sudo port uninstall qt4-mac
 sudo port install qt4-mac
