Comment:

 The file exists on all of those servers (except the svn.macports.org
 fallback location) so I would suspect something wrong with your network,
 or perhaps with your proxy setup. Are you able to download the file
 manually in a web browser for example from
 [http://distfiles.macports.org/wine our primary mirror]?
