 Yes; that's the point. Different versions of PHP will be installed to
 different locations so they don't conflict.

 > PHPStorm doesn't recognize it - you can only set a directory, and it
 only finds {prefix}/bin/php.

 There will be a "port select php" mechanism to create a php symlink for
 you, or you can create one manually.
